Content of type "Landing Page" is more complicated than other types. It includes content that is edited directly in the usual content editing tab, but also content that is pulled in via the "Layout" tab, and some content that is a little dance between those two.
Blocks of content that are pulled in via the editing tab come in a collection of flavours, each of which has their own way of being edited.
