Strategic Plan

The RFC spent 18 months in 2017 and 2018 engaged in a strategic planning process. The document that came out of that process identifies key goals, as well as strategies and resources, for the next five years (2019 - 2023) of the RFC. The process was a deeply engaging one, which began with a survey of current and former Board, staff and consultants, and resulted in a plan that we are committed to using in our daily work to help guide key decisions.

The strategic plan was approved by the RFC Board in January 2019.
