"Dreams for a Broken World" reading with local authors

The LAVA Center (Greenfield, MA) will host a live reading from the Dreams for a Broken World anthology, published by Essential Dreams Press. Stories in the anthology are a mix of genres, from literary to fantastical, from dark to playful, from speculative to activist.

Called by Publishers Weekly "24 impressive stories of healing and rebuilding," this anthology is co-edited by Julie C. Day and local novelist (and RFC Advisory Board member) Ellen Meeropol who will moderate the event featuring contributors Joy Baglio, JoeAnn Hart, Tina Egnoski, Céline Keating, Jan Maher, and Robert Redick reading from their work.

RFC Executive Director Jennifer Meeropol will open the event with introductory remarks. Books will be available for sale and signing, and all proceeds from anthology sales will benefit the Rosenberg Fund for Children.
