"Esperanto" (presented by the Millpond.Live art & music festival):

A free, all ages evening of entertainment uniting musicians - including Rebel Diaz, Salsa Train Orquestra, A2VT and Super Yamba Band - from four continents, in a blend of Afrobeat rhythms, psychedelic funk, hip hop, and Afro-Cuban Salsa.

This musical journey will trace the cross-cultural roots of contemporary world music – from Somalia to Chile, Tanzania to Puerto Rico, and Burundi to Brooklyn – reflected through the experiences of musicians who are both artists and immigrants.

Bring blankets & chairs, and carry in refreshments or purchase on site from food trucks and local microbreweries.
